NOZZLE TORCH for selectively scarfing individual defects on the surface of a metal workpiece with two parallel bases and two side walls, characterized in that, in order povsheni processing quality by preventing burrs formation, one of the bases arranged two end portions naklonennmi to the base , and in the lateral walls there are extruded slits, the ratio of the length of the extreme sloping areas to the distance between the bases being 2: 1-10: 1, about ffi the angle of inclination of the extreme parts s to this base is 5-30. ate 公开号:SU1153816A3 申请号:SU762390852 申请日:1976-08-25 公开日:1985-04-30 发明作者:Огаст Энджел Стефен 申请人:Юнион Карбид Корпорейшн (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
1 The invention relates to the flame treatment of metals and can be used in ferrous metallurgy. A device for fire stripping of defects on the surface of a metal billet is known, comprising a cutter with a nozzle for supplying oxygen divided by partitions into sections ij. A disadvantage of this device is the possibility of burr formation on the surface of the workpiece. It is also known to cutter nozzle for selective fire stripping of individual defects on the surface of a metal billet with two parallel bases and two walls. A disadvantage of the known device is the possibility of burrs. The purpose of the invention is to improve processing quality by preventing the formation of burrs. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the nozzle of a cutter for selective fire stripping of individual defects on the surface of a metal bilge with parallel parallel bases and two side walls, one of the bases is completed with two extreme sections inclined to the base, and outlet slots in the side walls , while the ratio of the length of the extreme sloping sections to the distance between the bases is 2: l-tO: f, and the maximum slope of the extreme sections to this base is 5-30 °. Figure 1 shows a block of nozzles located in a row and the workpiece being processed; figure 2 - nozzle cutters, front view; Figures 3, 4 and 5 illustrate embodiments of a nozzle 62 exit section; in fig. 6 is a schematic depiction of the workpiece and the nozzle block (top view) The slotted nozzle (Fig. 1 and 2) contains the upper 1 and lower 2 elements for preheating. The lower surface of the upper element 1 and parallel to it the upper surface of the lower element 2 form a nozzle 3 for supplying cutting oxygen. One of the bases of the exit section of the nozzle 3 (Fig. 3.4 and 5) is one with two extreme sections 4 and 5 inclined to the base 6 at an angle of 5-30. The length ratio of the end sections 4 and 5 to the distance between the bases 6 and 7 is 2: 1-10: 1. In the side walls of the nozzle, the side outlets 8 for cutting oxygen are filled. The nozzle works in the following way. Several nozzles arranged in a row are placed above the workpiece 9 (Figs. 1 and 6). Then the workpiece 9 is moved relative to the nozzles. When approaching the nozzles to one of the defective areas 10 on the surface of the workpiece 9, one of the nozzles located above the defective area is introduced into the surface, and it is cleaned. After the stripping of the defective area is completed, the nozzle is turned off. Depending on the location of the defective areas 10 on the surface of the workpiece 9, one or more nozzles are turned on and off at the required times. The presence of the inclined end sections 4 and 5 and the side slots 8 provides high quality stripping without forming burrs on the edge of the groove due to a gradual decrease in the thickness of the flat stream of cutting oxygen at its edges.
